We do have urgent requirement for Business Development Manager/Sr. Business Development Manager/Sr. Manager-Sales, at our Noida office.

Position:

Sage Group is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) for developing, maintaining, and growing our Staffing Practice. BDM will be responsible for cultivating new customer opportunities via marketing and prospecting efforts in order to help to grow Sage Group's customer and revenue base.

The target customers would be Tier-1 vendors/implementer who works with Direct Client.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business by prospecting, executing marketing campaigns, and following up on business leads from internal and external sources

- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new customers and selling through strategic partners.

- Update and maintain client (existing and prospects) and consultant database in Sage Group sanctioned sales and administration tools. Effectively establish detailed client and prospect organizational profiles for use in ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

- Develop account-marketing strategies/performs other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Experience : 3+ Years relevant

Explore & develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and Client Acquisition.

Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.

Developing and implementing long term relationships with new and existing Vendors/Clients.

Team Management, Business Development & Business Generation.

Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and negotiation skills

Expertise in handling end to end IT staff augmentation process

Ability to work independently

Well versed with W2, Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.

Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants

Should coordinate with the recruiting team, making them understand the requirements to source the right resume.

Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a passion for recruitment.

Ability to meet tight deadline.
